Coach Michelle started this gym as a dream from her youth as a gymnast herself.  After 15 years of driving hours away to provide gymnastics for her three daughters, coaching for other gyms, she has finally been able to provide this opportunity for athletes in her own community.  For years, the dream of having a USAG gymnastics facility in Winchester, TN where young athletes could begin their journey to any level of gymnastics they desire has become a reality.  We believe that everyone has the opportunity to practice and have fun in gymnastics without intimidation. Having the opportunity to see, train, and be mentored by other coaches and gyms in Middle Tennessee, different types of coaching styles have been incorporated to make Precision its own unique training facility. 

Gymnastics can be enjoyed as a recreational sport that builds confidence, strength, and agility that improves an athlete in any other sport they move on to.  Precision also offers competitive gymnasts with the dream of achieving the highest level they desire with discipline, dedication, and recognition that each athlete is unique and learns at their own pace and with different learning styles. 

Our goal is to help build them up and find that style that fits them, so that they can work through the difficulties that naturally come from this sport.  Coach Michelle's goal is to provide a place where gymnasts can enjoy working out, have more encouragement, build their confidence, and most of all have the gym as their happy place. 

So, with much convincing from her husband, coach Michelle finally started the process of building her gym in 2019.  The process was slow, but finally in 2021, the building was up.  The gym was hardly ready to start with just one set of rec bars, a full sized spring floor, a pit, and a high beam, Precision Dynamix was open for business.  We have come a long way since then, gaining two vault tables, more beams, a tumble trampoline, an elite set of bars and so much more. 

Although coach Michelle's own children never got to train at their home gym, it is still a dream come true to be able to provide an environment that is not much seen inside the gymnastics world.  Coach Lauren works along side her mom and has loved every step of the way and having first hand experience of what is out there, works hard to help make Coach Michelle's goals come true for this gym.  With God in the center of everything that is done at Precision Dynamnix, we are confident that great things are destined for this place and we hope that you will be able to be a part of the journey!
